With core values of sustainability and community in the specialty coffee industry for 16+ years, he helped shape companies expand with B-corp certifications and employee growth, by designing education curriculums front to end, content creation, and hands-on trainings.
Demart’s dynamic skillsets also crafted experiences globally from opening cafes and consultations, art exhibitions, and international artist and community residencies.
