This was a beautiful and life changing travel. Funded and sparked through friends and family of my art and coffee community, it was a journey that carved new paths for the Moonchildren.
This was a project to create the foundations of an artist residency studio and program within a developing coffee community in the mountains of Santa Elena, Honduras...
Engaging with youth, locals, and most importantly newly created non-profit, Catracha Community, art classes were taught, murals were made, calluses created, and relationships enveloped. As the art studio undergoes final and finishing details, the return to Honduras is on track for December 2017 or early 2018 to stir the cyclical and hopefully annual program of inviting artists all over the world to the Artist Residency...stay tuned for an open call for applying!
